At this year's Hannover Messe, which runs from 4 to 8 April, Baumüller showed visitors its products and services connected with drive and automation solutions for all engineering industries. This system provider from Nuremberg presentec its comprehensive range of products and services in energy efficiency, safety, engineering and services in Hall 9, Booth A52 and in Hall 14, Booth J 15. Visitors saw Baumüller solutions at work during a live demonstration.
Visitors can take the phrase "you always meet twice in a lifetime" literally at the Hannover Messe this year because, for the first time, Baumüller was appearing on two stands in Hanover. The drive and automation solutions supplier from Nuremberg was shown visitors its efficient components and systems for all engineering industries, such as plastics, printing, packaging and textile industries.
At the main Booth in Hall 9, visitors saw the full range of Baumüller’s energy-efficient and safe, drive and automation systems. These includes the DST 2 high-torque motors, ETA?-Drive drive system, the servo pump concept, the whole range of b maXX drive electronic units (particularly the b maXX 5000 inverters mountable side-by-side) and the company’s comprehensive automation solutions. Baumüller rounds off its portfolio in Hall 9 with the ProMaster engineering tool and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC compliant, integrated security solutions, such as the b maXX-safePLC. In a live demonstration, the company show visitors how the individual components intermesh dynamically and how a thoroughly safe and effective solution is available from one source.
In Hall 14, Booth J 15, Baumüller showed its scalable drive solutions for linear and rotary direct drives, DSC and DSD servo motors and pancake motors. Visitors were shown Baumüller’s sizemaXX drive configurator as the optimum drive. The Mela motor, from collaborative project powerMELA, for use in hybrid drive systems is Baumüller’s contribution to a future-proof mobile drive technology and completes the company’s display at the Hannover Messe.
